Keyed-Alike Special Service - this is a special keyed-alike service that is now available for the euro deadlock (DL22) and euro sashlock (DL23), please email techinical support for any further assistance. Please note the lock covers are 13mm depth each side when calculating the cylinder length.
The fortress euro cylinder deadlock, British standard certified BS3621:2007 is available in two different sizes 63mm (2.5 inch) or 75mm (3 inch) and two finishes, chrome polished and brass polished. For use with timber doors, the fortress deadlock is typically used on front doors in conjunction with a night latch but can be used on any external timber doors. This euro cylinder deadlock comes complete with a one star 6 pin high security profile cylinder resistant against bumping, picking or drill attack. The cylinder is then protected with a solid bolt through escutcheon which is designed with a slanted edge to prevent intruders being able to grip them with a pair of mole grips giving good resistance to lock snapping. Additional higher security levels are delivered with a 20mm bolt throw on every lock, the bolt throw is also fitted with four hardened steel rollers inside to resist hacksawing In addition to other security features the lock mechanism also has hardened steel plates to resist drilling and comes with a 10 year mechanical guarantee.
Our euro deadlocks (DL22) are supplied with 1 Fortress euro cylinder lock, 1 high security 6 pin euro profile cylinder, 3 keys, 1 faceplate, 1 strike plate, 1 solid escutcheon (pair), screw fixings and installation instructions.
We now offer the service to cut any additional keys for £2.99 + vat when purchasing the euro deadlock, extra keys can be added to your order within the shopping cart.
