Webforms/Contact Us

We store your first name and email address when you provide this to us using our contact forms on the website. These forms are 'Contact Us', 'Email Support' or 'Couldn't Find What You're Looking For'. We will use this limited information to contact you regarding your enquiry and to create support history for a limited time of upto 7 days. It will not be used for any other purpose. By submitting this form you agree that this data can be collected and processed by our system for this purpose.

If you hold an acoount with us you can use the Help Desk support to contact us and these tickets will be retained as history on your account.
