An impressive range of upvc cockspur handles suitable for aluminium and upvc windows that are commonly referred to as 'early double glazing'. Replacement locks for windows is never easy and the cockspur needs some judgement on how to gauge the step height combination between the wedge block and the step size of the handle (gap under the nose of the handle). Here is an example to help you:
Your existing upvc cockspur handle has a step size of 9mm and you want to use a 12mm cockspur W84. That's possible if you change the wedge from its current size to a size 3mm thicker. The 21mm size would not be usable as you would need to increase the size of the wedge block by a further 12mm and there are no sizes that big.
This key locking handle will provide timeless usage under normal conditions and yet brings the old windows into the modern age!
