The W42 window latch is perfect for a traditional wooden window with a mortice latch. Precision manufactured and finished to a very high quality standard this bulb end fastener will enhance the appearance of any casement window. Made from a brass base the design of latch allows for a weather-seal to be present as is found on most modern new windows. Recreating the past is easy with this brass window latch as it can easily replace traditional window latches that rely on a mortice nose closure. As part of the package there is also a hook that can be surface mounted where flush frames exist. If a longer nose is needed to bridge a flush casement frame, then use the W74 which is an extended version.
