This is our standard delivery with no requirement to pay extra! If your order is placed before 3.00pm (Mon-Fri) and in stock, your order will be delivered next working day (Mon-Fri) by DPD to most mainland UK destinations**. On the morning of delivery you will receive an email giving a one hour time slot for the delivery of your order. This not a guaranteed service (although 98% get there next day!) All orders are tracked and require a signature. If you are out a card will be left with a number to call to re-arrange delivery at your convenience. If you are located outside of the UK, Northern Ireland or Eire please consult Customer Services for a special carriage price.

ROYAL MAIL SMALL ITEMS

Orders under £2.00 net value will be despatched using the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery Service. The cost of this P&P service is £1.49 + VAT. This is a 1-2 day service (average time to deliver but not guaranteed delivery time).

DPD SPECIAL SATURDAY DELIVERY**

DPD will deliver to you on a Saturday at a rate of £10.95 + VAT per parcel. This is a standard charge for all Saturday deliveries.

OFFSHORE-HIGHLANDS

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service will be used for the following destinations: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and all other offshore Islands. This is a 1-2 day service (average time to deliver but not guaranteed delivery time).

EIRE SPECIAL DELIVERY

DPD will deliver to Southern Ireland at a rate of £11.99 + VAT and this is a 2 working day service (average time to deliver but not guaranteed delivery time). If you are a business located in Eire with an EC VAT number you can get your VAT paid back to you, just contact Customer Services after placing an order so we can refund this inline with HMRC guidelines.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can choose to have your order sent to a different address from the cardholder's address when completing your order.
