A traditional locking fastener for use with most timber windows. The W53 design allows for the fastener to be latched in a slight open position for ventilation and can be matched with a locking stay (W54) or a non-locking stay (W56) in terms of colour and the key pattern. Manufactured using the pressure die cast technique this fastener is made from a zinc alloy metal and finished by a lacquered electro-plating.

Self-tapping screws, keeper block (angled and flat) and one key.
The W53 is universally handed meaning it can be fitted to operate either to the left, right or the bottom of the window.
